Spearmint Essential Oil can be applied topically, as a compress, in the bath, through inhalation, or through diffusion. This powerful oil can help eliminate toxins, boost the lymphatic system, calm nerves, moisturize, and even boost collagen to prevent premature aging.
Suggested Use:
Aromatherapy: For a refreshing spray that can promote memory and alertness, mix a few drops of Spearmint Oil with water, shake well and spray throughout the home. Skin: To make an at-home Spearmint Oil scrub that will leave skin softened and refreshed, mix 10-15 drops of Spearmint Essential Oil with coconut oil and coarse salt and mix to desired consistency. Store in a cool, dry place.
Hair: For a cooling addition to shampoo that also promotes hair growth, add 1 teaspoon of Spearmint Oil per 16 ounces of shampoo, shake and use as normal.
